Since 1990, Il Tortellino a Cavezzo has been preparing delicious fresh pasta every day, as tradition dictates.
The activity actually dates back much further, born within the walls of the Golinelli family home where Ione Braghiroli, skilled pasta maker, dedicated herself to the preparation of tagliatelle and stuffed pasta. Enrico, her son, helped her since the days of school and learned all the secrets for perfect fresh pasta, the excellence of Emilian cuisine.
Today, in his shop, he prepares ready-to-cook delicacies, fresh pasta in various versions, from traditional meat tortellini to innovative proposals such as cacio e pepe buttons or quadrucci.
Handcrafted products, entirely made by hand with high quality raw materials and total absence of preservatives or other products that may alter their taste.
